Las Sendas
A master-planned golf community in Mesa with Valley-wide views, a resort-style clubhouse and more home for the money.
Las Sendas is a master-planned community in Mesa, near Red Mountain and right off the Loop 202. It was built mostly in the 1990s and early 2000s around a public golf course, and it's one of the East Valley's best-kept secrets, especially to buyers from out of state who only know Scottsdale.
Every home is single-family, mostly production homes with some custom homes. The higher up the mountain you go, the nicer the homes and the bigger the views: across the whole Valley and to the foothills in the north.
Community life centers on the clubhouse, with an Olympic-size pool, massage, a salon and regular weekend events. Hiking is close, and so are the lakes east of Phoenix for boating.
