McCormick Ranch is one of the best-kept, park-like master-planned communities in Arizona, and one of the larger ones in Scottsdale. It's known for its greenbelt: mature trees, bike and walking paths, and man-made lakes.
Most homes date to the 1970s. They tend to be single level with pools, on smaller lots, and they're modest but well kept. A lot of remodeling and rebuilding is happening now. There are also patio homes, townhomes, condos and homes right on the lakes, plus some larger lots near the Pavilions and the Sands.
The Loop 101 makes it easy to get around the Valley, and there's plenty of golf and outdoor space close to home.
