Silverleaf / DC Ranch
Master-planned DC Ranch and its guard-gated Silverleaf enclave: custom homes at higher elevation with a quiet, mountain-desert feel.
DC Ranch came first, and Silverleaf was built later as a guard-gated enclave within it. Up here you're higher in elevation than most of the Valley, and it has more of a mountain feel. It's quiet and more secluded than Paradise Valley.
Every home in Silverleaf is custom: modern, Tuscan, Mediterranean, Santa Barbara and more. Most were built from the early 2000s on, and building is still going on. Generally, the higher you go, the bigger the home and the lot. Arcadia, the lower section, has smaller homes and lots, and Horseshoe Canyon is another of its sections.
Shopping and dining are close by but easy to miss. Buildings are kept low, colors match the landscape and signs are small, so new buyers often ask us where the grocery store is.
